Well my little sister just got her license so i let her drive my rex and she couldnt even steer once taken off. I just thought that was funny. I thought it was an easy manual steering system but anyway. Shes 16 and 5 foot tall quite strong. Is this her or am i just strong (hope so)

Eh, i'm lazy as **** and never do anything and I can turn my car just fine, so I think it's just your sister, or something. Sometimes its a pain in the *** while sitting on rough concrete when it's dry, but it's definately still do-able and without a whole lot of effort.
edit: oh yeah, i'm only 5'5", 5'6" with shoes and it doesnt impair my driving abiltiy except in my dads monster *** truck.
