You can meter it all day but you need to put the battery under a load to truly test it. I say hook up a trickle charger to her over night. Take it down to the place you woul dbuy a battery and have them load test it. 40-50 dollars I would say buy a new one if that one is more than two years old or sat for a long time while the car was down.

PROBLEM SOLVED!
1. The battery to fusible link wire end was loose
SOLUTION: New 70 amp wire installed. Screwed in and heat-shrunk.
2. The difference between the alternator + output and the battery was 4 volts.
SOLUTION: Ran a 70 amp wire from the alternator to the battery.
3. Earths were too thin.
SOLUTION: Ran a 200 amp lead from the battery to the engine block.
She's all good now ;-)
