No Headlights
#2
I'm having the same issue right now. I just stuck a small screw behind the lever to hold it in place for the "flash to pass" lights to work. I understand that they used bad solder when building the light switches, seems to be a common problem. Fortunately, I have a used switch on the way. Good luck...

There is no good way to test them.. They can sometimes test fine and still be bad.. Replace the top and bottom with a 30 amp fuse and the middle one with a 60 amp fuse.. Like the one's here.. They plug right in and they are about 2.50 each.. You can get them at any parts store..
