The turbo II swap is very popular and you will find a lot of info on it if you search. The turbo II engine is also very responsive to modification and has been known to put a lot of ponies to the ground when modified intellegently. Probably a lot cheaper to set up also. Relatively easy to find parts for.
Sorry, I know you wanted to know about the 3rd gen. engine but I have never heard of anyone doing it either. Probably because of the reasons I just mentioned. Good luck!

If you're going to go with a 13b-rew, go with a 20b.
If your ***** are three inches from the wall, push them against it.

Price for both will be through the roof, so might as well jump from 15k to 17k (just wild numbers, no actual basis). A TII engine seems like a better idea, but I have a buddy who thinks it would only be worthwhile with a 20B. Me? I'm using a 13B n/a, cause I'm a wuss.

Anything can be done, the question is, why?

If you want 255hp, you can easily get that from a 2nd-gen engine (which is easier to fit), and you can somewhat easily get that from a non-turbo 13B or even 12A, if you live where emissions/noise isn't that much of a concern.

Another thing to think about is you're going to be throwing the twin turbos away anyway.

RedWood + Neanderthol :

I have a Cosmo 13B in my 1st gen. Fitted, modified and making 500rwhp on 22psi and pump fuel it would cost you around $10kUSD.

AmCo - If you searched for info, you didn't try to hard.

AJC13B - keep in mind that for someone else to do the work, shop labor rates in the US are absurd - $70-100 an hour or more.

the 89-91 13BT engine is the better TII engine. It has lighter weight rotors than the earlier TII engines and it also has a better flowing mass air meter. The 89-91 TII engine has the same internal parts as the 13B-REW. Peejay is right about the twin setup, it is a big mess not worth getting into.

Ive got a series 5 motor in mine it wont just drop right in but its not that hard to gather the parts to put it in which has been gone over several times on this site. Wiring is not that bad most of the 1st gen sensors for the guages and such plug right in and if you run a stand alone engine management system such as haltech wiring to get it running will be a breeze. Do a search... Max7 and PaulAber just put a 13B 6-port in a 1st-gen, using the 2nd-gen wiring and computer... a turbo should be roughly the same difficulty factor. no matter what you'll be using a 1st-gen front cover (the motor mounts bolt to it) and when you do that to a turbo you have to modify the cover to put the turbo's oil return line on.

with a turbo (heck any performance app IMO) you'll want to convert to a T2 trans, also not anything new, there's lots of info out there on modifying the shifter and transmission crossmember for it to work... it does require a custom driveshaft, but in my area at least that runs some serious $$$ for an import, but I think I may have an around for that
