Newbie with pictures.
Hi everyone! I am pretty new to the forum and have been busy soaking up all the information that is availiable. Cant believe that I have been missing out for so long. Better late then never in this case. These pictures where taken recently. Car was painted about 9 mos. ago. with the titanium grey that is now availiable on the RX-8. I have had the car for around ten years now. It has around 62,000 original miles on it. Lots of upgrades to engine, suspension and interior. Next things I want to do are SE Suspension swap (more wheel options) and 13B swap (more power). MMMMMM more power. Thanks for looking.

Before anyone beats me to it, what rims are those, where did you buy them and how much? (are they roh sniper rims?)
lol now that I got that out of my system I really love the looks of your car, reminds me of mine. I love the looks of the shaved black stripe from the body with the tinted windows it really goes well.
Your car shows very nice inside and out (although my fav interior color is not red) it really shows that you take care of it! Keep it looking like new!
And oh yes I am really interested in seeing more pictures of your engine bay with some info on everything you have done

I have been told the snypers are not availiable anymore. I wanted to get another set and paint them the same color as the car. Now I guess Ill wait to do the SE swap. I love custom rims. Makes the car look so much better.

Thanks
Thanks to all of you. Such nice compliments. I appreciate it. I have spent alot of time, money and effort. It is well worth it. And now that I found the Rx-7 Owners Club it is even more fun. Thanks again.

Very nice car though. You'll probably fetch some good bling for the 13B when you sell those ROH's after the suspension swap.

paint job
The paint job cost $3,500.00 plus I had to strip the car down and then reassemble it. Took the guy about 4 weeks but he is very busy. They block sanded and color sanded it, the works. The paint job is better then factory. I still cant believe how smooth it is. Now I am parinoid to take it to a mechanic or park it or drive it in the rain etc.. My wife predicted this. Oh well its a great hobby.

wheels
It is really a damn crime for ROH to have cancelled production or at least shipment to the U.S. for the snypers. If they advertised in the right places they could sell a bunch of these wheels. Hell I even want to buy another set. Anyone got a set they want to sell?
