New Weber 45, Fuel in but none out?
#26
Got it out and built back up! Idle circuit is ace now, but anytime over 3000RPM it seems to be
running out of fuel or too much fuel. No video camera, but it sounds like
vrrroooooooooo(3000)drdrdrdrdrdrdrdrdrdrdr
No bucking or anything, just drdrdrdrdrdrdr, Loading up or no fuel?

Needle and seat are fine, brand new with plenty of spring.
Fuel pump is about 2 years old, carter.
I ran the fuel pressure from 2.5 to 4.o in .5lb increments. Still nothing.
It sounds EXACTLY like the time I had my old nikki and put a CAI on it, ran great until
I opened the secondaries. Turned out to be an old hose that put deposits in the
carb. All my hose is brand new.

Well 2 things are happening around 3000 rpms. One your dizzy mechanical
advance is starting to kick in and two your carb is moving from running on the idle
circuit alone to running on the main fuel circuit.
So if your confident your ignition setup isn't an issue, I would look to make
sure the main fuel circuits are all working properly. Maybe in the rebuild
something got put in reversed, who knows. I would pull it back off and
double check the reassembly when wide awake, first thing in the morning.
Sometimes at the end of the day stoopid mistakes happen.
