New to the site & the Rotary

Hello, I am new to all this... I have built many mini trucks, and a Honda, and now I have this... It is a 85 RX7.. It has a 12a in it, and thats about all I know about it... It runs really good, but the guy that sold it to me said that the jets in the carb are too big and the secondarys are unhooked... Still runs great though... Here are some pics, and I am going to warn you, I will probably be asking a lot of stupid questions, since I know nothing about rotarys...

Which carb does it have? Nikki was OEM, but people put in Holleys, Webers, even Mikunis. Try to find out from the seller what carb he put in and why the jets are incorrect.

Also review smog requirements where you are and then make sure alll the vacuum lines are OK (a common thread of discussion here).

I am wanting to say it is a Holley 650... I think it has most of the smog stuff removed, but it is ok, I live in OK and they dont have inspections or smog tests anymore, so unless I get pulled over and they check, I will be ok... Plus I doubt that it will be driven very much, I am thinking about race only, but I have not made up my mind.
