I've also heard that about the Holley fprs. Some recommend that you disassemble them and hone them out, or sand them down, to smooth them out. I've always intended to do this with mine because I do occassionaly get some erratic readings, but haven't gotten around to doing it yet...

I just had this conversation with a well known rotary vendor and he told me
that lately the Holley FPRs have been crap and he recommended the same
action. Pull it apart and smooth it out and reassemble.

thanks guys. i'll for sure do that soon. it should be clean of any loose burs. they're all in my carb and old gauge. but i'll smooth it out for sure. wish i'd known that earlier :/
