Need suggestions for my Weber 48 side draft

Well I'm getting pretty close to getting the engine together. I've never had a car with a carburetor before, so I'm kinda lost on what to use as far as jets, tubes, etc. The setup will be a street ported 13b (ported with pineapple racing templates), and a full 2.5" exhaust. I guess I need to know everything, open to all suggestions.

I know the top spot with the wing nut holds a couple things, I'm unsure what they are. I took them out once to look at the numbers and such, but I'm not sure what is what, and what the numbers mean.

Also I would like some information on where to get the parts (tubes, jets, and so on) to swap out, and also maybe a PDF or something of the sort on the carb so I understand where everything is? Thanks to all.
