Need help in diagnosing loss of power

when i am on it hard when i get around 60-70 the car bogs down, like its trying to limit me. i noticed a lil arrow on my speedo too. is this some sort of govener and can i take it off? if so tell me how

Speed limiter, no, not on the carbed engines. FCs have fuel cut, I don't know if the SEs do or not.

Yes, SEs have a speed limiter. It's called front-end lift

Well, there's another plus for the carbed engines then, Mine didn't start lifting until after 105 mph. Good one Manntis.
