I just got my axles redrilled for free (my dad and I did them at the tool and die shop he works at). I did a 5x108 bolt pattern to fit a set of rims that I already had and I used wheel studs for 2nd gen front hubs. The flange on the stud is just barely small enough to avoid interfering with the brake rotor. If you went with the 114.3mm bolt circle, there wouldn't be enough material to properly support a stud. The flange was made for a max of 110mm bolt circle.

And people wonder why newbies like me "are confused".
So you "photoshopped" these zero offset konig rewinds onto the this '82-'83 RX7?
It looks like it. I can't imagine how that car could go over any speed bump, let alone make a turn.
But..Gunmetal wheels on a gray car look awesome. No doubt about it.

Sry for this post lol keep on thinking of questions but whats the Tallest and Widest Rim with the tire on it that can fit a 83 base Model "7" with out having to worry about clearence issues? If you can plz tell me the Best looking Offset size for a wide stance look that the wheel/tire combination can have I'm thinking 18mm would that bring up any clearence issues because I DONT WANNA ROLL MY FENDERS OUT!!!

Yeah +1 for HIkaru at JBL Motorsports. They killed his thread on here since he was making sales but not a paying advertiser or something. Anywho...he is indeed a nice guy and has hooked me up with the same Rewinds in graphite, along with a set of Falken Ziex 205/50's & new lug bolts, $835 total delivered. Not bad at all! They should be here next week and I will be sure to post pics when I get them on.
Oh yeah while I'm at it does anyone know the hub size on the 1st gen? I want to get a set of hubcentric rings for these new rims. I have searched far & wide on here and can't find it. The 2nd & 3rd gens are 67.1 mm, and the best I can measure with my tape is somewhere clsoe to 2 3/8" or right at 60mm. Thanks all!

About the Konig Rewinds
I've been to JLB motorsports and have seen the Konig Rewinds 15 x 7 with 20mm offset first hand.
Also, a lot of RX7 owners have posted nice pics of these wheels on their cars.
I agree that the Rewinds look good on a 1st gen RX7, and they are certainly cheaper than Panasport.
My only criticism of the 20 mm offset Konig Rewinds is that, for some reason, they appear to be more front-wheel drive-ish. I
There appears to be less of a lip on the wheel of a Konig Rewind wheel compared to a 15 x 7 20 mm offset Panasport wheel. I'm not sure why this is. Perhaps it is more of an optical illusion due to the different curvature of the spokes on a Rewind wheel compared to a similarly offset Panasport wheel.
Just an observation.
