Thumbs up my sylvania silverstars

I purchased Sylvania Silverstars a few months ago and took some pictures with one in (driver side) and the original headlight (I believe, my car just made it to 75k).

Brighter on the road, but not as bright as the HID's in my 02 Maxima SE. Anyway, worth the $32 I paid for them.

Mark

(There are a few pictures of my car too, 85 GSL-SE that I purchased last July)

Your car looks really nice. Did you just buy the sealed beam conversion thing that allows you to use the regular bulbs or are the silverstars sealed beam to begin with. I would like to find a brighter bulb.

man, I like your car a lot.

That's the color my '79 used to be from the factory, but someone has painted it black since then. Or at least it's a very similar color.

My friend put those silverstars in his subaru. I think they're worth as much as his car now, but they did improve the light when driving substantially. I just don't know if they're worth the $25 (canadian funds) each bulb, more for sealed beams (like $35 each I think)

those are nice. I can't wait for my H4 conversion kit to come in so that I can wire in my H.I.D. lights.

Those look good! I'll probably look for a pair once my current lights give up. Can you just find these at any automotive parts store (Kragens)?
Thanks

These are the round sealed beam headlights. I purchased mine on e-bay, but found them the next week at Advance Auto for $20 each.

Thanks for the compliments on my seven.
