I bought one 4" wheel and one 3" wheel, both were fine brass wire wheels. The wheels came with arbers that slide into the chuck of a drill. From there i just went to town on the housing making sure not to put too much pressure on the housing. I getting some hi temp clear coat from wurth to protect the housings from corrosion.

You must use a brass wire wheel on aluminum housings otherwise you could end up putting some niced sized pits in the aluminum from a steel or stainless steel wire wheel. The steel is harder than aluminum and with really wear it down fast.
