My first port...

i've been working hard on this one port lol... i got the exhaust port done too but thats my 2nd exhaust port i've done... this is the first intake port i've done... used my trusty 5 speed dremel... tell me what you think, and vote in my poll!

damn i forgot the poll lol... it should hold up... i asked atkins how they do their 6 port ports and they said they make that real thin... i dunno, i don't even know why its there besides to seperate the 2 ports

I don't have much experience with 6-ports but I know I'd never make a bridge-port even close to that thin. I honestly wouldn't expect that to last much at all.

Bridges crack because of stresses from heat cycling. Nothing to do with the corner seal.

That section definitely looks too thin. I think it'll probably break due to heat cycling and fall into the chamber. Also, you need to "scissor" the aux port. (The top outer corner needs to be higher than the top inner corner to allow the side seal to ride across it properly) If you do some searching here and on nopistons.com (nopistons actually has a complete section devoted to building and porting) you will find a lot of info on porting and what has worked for others.
