My dyno
Dyno'd the 7 again on new set up. Made 244.7 @ 5psi. It goes to 10 then drops down to 5psi. I need a new wastegate set up. The stock S4 just isn't working. If I could get it to hold the 10 psi then i would more than likely get about 275 or more at the wheels. The car ran 247whp and 232ftlbs @ 8psi last time on high compression rotors on a dyno jet. This time I was on a mustang dyno and the engine has been street ported.
but hey 244.7whp and 232ftlbs of torque on 5psi isn't bad at all.

so the question is now how do I fix the boost problem... i guess I need to start talking to the 2nd gen guys and pick and new turbo, manifold, wastegate setup.

Nice #s on a stock turbo I take it. Hyper4mance2k is right, you probably ported the wastegate too far, however, if you go hybrid, it might be just right. Nice to see the torque #s keeping up with the hp.

I seriously doubt you can port the wastegate too far. The flapper will open just enough to keep the boost at the set pressure regardless of how big the wasegate it. It could be a weak actuator spring, crack in the turbing housing, boost leak or any number of problems.
