is my 13 on its last leg??

Ok, well latley, ive been havin a lot of trouble with my 7 (84 se) suprise right? well among a lot of little annoying problems the biggest one is a very rough idle, yes the tps isnt hooked up because its bad and will stall the engine. I have a vacuum gauge hooked up and the needle jumps when it misses. In a boinger this would indicate a valve seal problem, however would this indicate a stuck side seal in a rotary? I dont think its an apex seal thats gone because I visually inspected them not a month ago and they all looked good. Im worried because I dont want to dump another engine in this car Ive only had it for 5 months. I run 87 in it all the time with mmo also, I have NGK 4 prong plugs, newer wires/rotor/cap etc so I dont think the problem is there. I do think I have an igniter going out tho, but I dont see how that would cause a vacuum gauge jump... any ideas??

since you don't have the tps hooked up and you think you have an ignition problem.... well, I think you just solved your problem. Get those fixed and then if it's still doing that, let us know.
