Thanks,
I've just got to say, this has to be the most friendly, positive and supportive forum that I visit. Think a couple of others need to lift their game and take a page out of this one.
Cheers Sue

just give it some time ...
(seriously though, it pains me considering some of the things i've seen over time, but i'd have to agree with you. these guys are perhaps the most laid-back, entertaining bunch i've seen on the Internet - and every once in a while, i even learn something, too.)

Hi Sue/Don
great job there. also, good rwhp figures for 12a with street port.
At one point i considered throttle bodies on my project but then the cost/benefit just went crazy....i would have needed the tb's, a microtech, more expensive fuel pump, surge tank and fpr. I had the cas and 4x550 injectors but in the end decided to just go with the weber ida.

Hi Latin270,
The setup is still going strong its been well over a year and I still marvel at what a fantastic setup it is.
As I pointed out earlier in this thread, this is not a cheap alternative and there are plenty of cheaper ways to get more power, but for a daily driver I dont think it can be beat.
Good luck with your endevours.

Hi
It has been quite a while. I thought I should give an update on how my car and her setup is going. It has been 3 and 1/2 years since the new motor and injection went in. It is still as big a thrill as it was then.
She was tuned on Friday at the original tuner Matt Hitman in Penrith just outside of Sydney.
After the tune and 6 or 7 runs on the dyno she made an amazing 190.5 rwhp, this is significant as when brand new she made 166 rwhp with this tuner and dyno.
Matt seems to think that the motor is now bedded in and working perfectly.
Believe me it was quite a thrill to see those numbers out of this setup.
