more fuel into 12a turbo

looking for some answers on getting more fuel into my 12at [japan] im running this motor in a 78 s2 lotus esprit.the low on the engine,t2 turbo microteck comp. ported and polished. It runs a stock intake with two 1000 cfm injectors.Big intercooler , with three inch exhaust ,water cooled oil.I have it limited to 7500rpm and want to keep it there.Fuel flow is not a problem.I know they sell 1600cfm injectors, but im worried about a rich idle as im also running an aluminum flywheel this setup might be hard to bear in traffic.I also have an adapter plate to bolt on a s5 intake but that would involve moving my turbo ' out 'to make room for it.As my exhaust is custom and stainless that would be pricey .The obvious would be to stick a couple more injectors into the out side runners, but im wondering if this setup might be limited to air flow even though i have ported and polished this intake to the point where you can see through it.The car weighs in at 2300 pounds and has been clocked at 162mph.I am just looking to get it there faster. No drive it off a cliff comments please.Cheers Boys.Merry Christmas.

can we have some pics? especially of the engine bay!!!
I am sorry I cannot offer a solution, you might want to try the general rotary tech section rather than the first gen section, or maybe the performance rotary section with this kind of question. I have love for lotus.

You need to be running 4 injectors. Two 800's and two 1600's would be ideal. Then you could run more boost. This would alow you to tune the engine in a broader range. If you are only concerned with wide open throttle, then two big injectors would be fine. But then your drivabitlity and part throttle responce is shot all to hell.

Just bite the bullet and put the S5 intake on. It was one of the best upgrades I did. With that turbo you will only need 550cc primaries and move your 1000's to the secondaries. That will give you more than enough fuel.

with that big of secondaries ide look into an after market fuel pump with a regulator pushing that much fuel will cause problems if you dont have a pump that can handle it those are big injectors and i would not want to be the one responsable for getting too lean of a mixture and detonating the motor if you want more fuel research pumps more you didnt post wether you had an after market pump or not so thats why i posted this especialy since you have a turbo in those regards if fuel delivery is not a problem then yes go with bigger injectors
