take 3 plastic trash bags and insert them into each other for a 3 layers of trash bag.
stuff newspaper into any areas you want to leave loose and free
then stick the tripled trash bags into the space you want to recreate.
take a can of expanding foam, and spray it into the trash bag.
let harden, pull out, you now have a shape of the void/space. use a cheese grater to remove about 3/8" over the entire shape, lay fiberglass matting or cloth in 3 layers. let harden use gasoline or acetone (depends on the type of foam used) to "melt" the foam out of your box.
take small styrofoam peanuts fill enclosure until level with opening.
empty into square cardboard box, smooth level, mark inside of box, dump peanuts and measure this will give you volume +- .5 litre (some settling of peanuts will slightly affect measurements.
good luck, have fun and IMHO nothing beats old school (96~2001 cervin vega strokers!

Well, I didn't see it anywhere else and since I was one of the whiners moaning about the lack of pics, I just want to thank you for the ones you did post on the first page. That's the kinda stuff I love....the process itself...thanks again...Mario III

I guess after working so many hours of at the toyota plant, you're
ready to see the opposite of a Toyo truck. Does this mean
you're thinking of coming back to us? The dark side? FB Love?
I still can't believe you let go of your Turbo FB. You never even got to
really enjoy it. Oh well, at least it's in very good hands. I'am shooting for 600+ RWHP in the not-to-distant future.

As a side note I found the old fiberglass boxes I built a long time ago for the FB, I had 8 in Oz audios in it, and man did they jam. I will possibly list them on ebay soon. After I remake the mold for another soon to be adventure.

Holy dead thread batman!!!!!!
If I remember correctly He had a huge flood out of the basement where he did all the work and kept his tools and the insurance was dicking him around about paying for all the stuff, and he did have a wife and kids that took first prioity as they should.
I paid for mine all up front, but ended up getting all my money back. Just one of those things that was a good idea, and would have worked out great, but just got passed up by the thing called life.
Please correct me if any of the above info is incorrect. It has been some time ago.

Yeah I was hoping he would get back on the horse also.....considering I haven't gotten my 50 bucks back yet either. I asked once, and figured I would give him the benifit of the doubt, but ah well
