I cant find any wheel that fit my car...
when i bought the car, it came with some 13`s panasport, i know they are GREAT RACING WHEELS but i want to increase the rim size to 15`s and change the tires to some Sumitomo semislicks.
It`s safe to change the wheel configuration from 4 X 100 to 4 X 110? (moving the holes)

It is possible to accomplish what you are asking. But i have never seen it done to the rim, only to the hub. The brake rotor on the front can have 4 new holes drilled in it, and be re-tapped, to match the pattern you want. Do it on the diagonal, so you are not close to the old holes. On the rear you have to remove the rear axles and do the same thing to the hubs. Then the rear brake rotors (if GSL version) have to have 4 holes drilled thorugh them to match the new pattern. If the rear are drums you have to drill new holes through those instead.
The disadvantage of doing the hibs is you have to redo it with every rotor or drum swap. The advantage is you have not weakened the rims, and they won't look strange with 8 holes in them.
The alternative is to do a GSL-SE swap on the front and rear axles. The SE uses a much more common bolt pattern, so you get a lot of different wheel choices. But you have to get the SE rear axles, and the front spindles. After that it is all bolt on.

Great answer! Thank you.
-The rim is not going to have 8 holes. I do the 4 new holes in diagonal and the old holes get covered again with the same material (alloy, magnesium, etc)
- I know the rims look exactly but the 13`s are original PANASPORT and the 15`s i think are japanese. I just wondering if the 15`s with semislicks will look good?

check out Konig Rewinds. They have your lug pattern and look great. 4x110 is a tough pattern to find and dont drill or force fit wheels....thats a bad idea when you are cruisin at 70 and they shatter off...
And if you want to eliminate wheel gap with these cars, you will be interfering with the suspension dynamics of the rear end. Both Eibach and Racing Beat have performance springs that will make your car handle great, but probably not be as low as you want. If you want to go super low, it has its drawbacks with these cars. Just make sure you read up and see what some people have done to get low.
Check out this thread and ask this guy some questions...its a sick FB:

Looks like your 15" wheels are RS Watanabe's but I could be wrong. Yeah finding 15" wheels in 4x110 is tough but can be done. Only option to change to 4x100 is to either drill the hubs or wheel adapters. Eibach springs are great(I have them) but they are discontinued. Racing Beat also has springs but I've heard may be a bit soft for decent track use. RE-Speed has a full coilover set up if you want the ultimate balance between height and adjustment

ground control makes a coilover collar setup for the fronts that is a little bit cheaper than straight coilovers, but requires you to cut the spring perches on the strut tubes.
