Unhappy Looking for a 81" Muffler...

Hi, I am looking for a stock or any Muffler that can fit my 81" Rx7. I don't have much cash for super racing mufflers so please anything cheap that I can possibly get from ya. My muffler broke down a few days ago and my car sound way to load. If you have a spare that don't want and is a dual pipe please private message and let me know how much you are looking for the muffler.

This is how it looks like now:

Sucks!

I have never seen an 81" muffler !!!

For God's sakes, man... that's 6'9" in length ! When they sat get rid of your cat and pre-silencer, I believe that you use pipe to fill in the blank spots... not an 81" muffler !!

Sorry about that, I mean for my 81 model. You see only the 81 to 83 works on my car unless I change the entire exhaust system. Which will cost me even more money and that is why I am trying to find a stock muffler or any cheap muffler that is a dual pipe.

Well,
Here is a URL for a lower priced Muffler:
http://www.mazdatrix.com/e79-85.htm

Victoria British LTD, are also pretty low priced but guys here have told me they don't last. ($199.95 Monza) new

I don't know what they think of the Mazdatrix ones. ($277) new

From one Latin '81 owner to another, i wish you good luck finding your muffler.

Correction, only 81-82 works on your car. These are the only two years that had dual pipes into the muffler.

Take that thing to a muffler shop and see if they can weld it back together! I'm sure they could do something.

i searched thepartstrader.com and found a used racingbeat muffler. it was 50 bucks so granted it was in not so good shape, but today i took her out and used the mighty CALCIUM LIME RUST formula, and it looks pretty damn good if i do say so myself...
