Look what I found

I just purchased a '85 12A engine for parts. I wasn't expecting the housings to be in good condition but when I cracked it open, I was surprised to see the housings in excellant condition and these apex seals. I told my friend what kind of apex seals they are but he don't believe me. Can anyone identify these for him, so he knows I'm right? Thanks.

PR Not Sure

Not sure what I'm going to do with them yet. I just posted the housings(ported) on Ebay. If they don't sell, I'm thinking of doing a project because the engine brought a lot of good parts. The only bad thing was the steel intermediate housings had bad porting and can't be fixed. If I sell them I'll keep you in mind since you were the 1st to ask. I'll keep you posted.

I knew they were carbon but I had a friend that thought they were ceramic. I was telling him they weren't.
