I've have DCD's on my RX-7 since sometime in '87-89. They've been great. I've messed with them probably not more than a 1/2 dozen times. I've found that that you don't use washer on the bolt connects the rear carb to to the linkage rod between the two carbs. If you tighten the idle mixture screw too tight it will break. Use a short length of tubing to listen to the carbs to help you get them sync'd up.

I bought a Uni-syn at the time I bought these things. It's supposed to measure airflow thru the carb. The simple fact of using the thing restricted the airflow causing the readings to be very erratic.
