BTW if anyone knows where to get a HKS adapter to mate up a HKS wastegate to this manifold it would save me a ton of money!!!
As far as the adapter....that is an easy fix. If you notice the wastegate flange is right underneath were the turbo would bolt up, you will find you wont be able to fit the wastegate under there. So what you would need to do is buy or make a matching flange to the greddy and then use 2" mild steel piping to route it out from under there to a HKS flange. Problem solved.

You guys are frikkin' evil... making me want to go turbo before I even finish my N/A build....
But if I could put a turbo like that on a 12a and blow it through a carb..... It just may be the *next* project after I finish my "Ultimate N/A 12a" build.... I mean the engine will surely be able to handle *some* boost
I won't say the pic made me spooge.... but it didn't not make me spooge...

yes, that's very nice. sounds like you total setup is pretty nice, too. can't wait to hear when things are put together, how they work.
good luck.
oh ... and good luck on your graduation, your new job (darkside or not ) and finally reaping the fruits of your labor. i know how it goes and recognition is often overlooked.

Thank you very much for the pat on the back haha, its nice to know im doing something with my life. I know way too many people who finished high school doing drugs and ruining their lives. I was lucky enough to know exactly what I wanted to do, and the drive to make it come true!
For the wastegate adapter I dunno, I may have to do something custom. But I would like to ensure that there is not a product I can purchase to do the same thing. Time is tight for me working crazy hours so customizing things is kind of out of the question. Also I don't even have time to goto a shop and ask them to do something like that.
Thanks for all the positive comments!

I apologize but I need to post ***** a couple more pictures, i'm getting WAY WAY too excited looking at these parts! I need to get them installed!!! Hiding in the corner of the one picture is my innovate motorsports LM-1 and my GReddy profec B spec2.
Heres a shot of my CPracing headlights that I had to completely redo due to a HORRIBLE description on ebay of the item. I had to put in 2 new light housings and I put in 4x PIAA 4k extreme white lights. I still need to cut new covers for them though.
Oh, and these are coming either monday or tuesday for the front of my car! I can't wait!!!

Bit by bit, it sure takes alot of time sourcing all the different parts and putting it all together so that it works. Heres a couple update pictures!
Im hopefully buying a TII core motor within the next few weeks, and them im going to begin my build from there. I also get to move the car out to a full garage where I can work on it all winter. So thats when the majority of the parts are going to start going in!

this car is going to be amazing. i was planning on doing a blow-through with my 12a 80', but i decided i would get the best of both gens and swap in an s5. they parts list i made is almost exactly like yours. except the wheels. if you could give me a price from what all this cost so i know what to expect it would be great. (Pm me if u want it to be kept a secret.)
and on a side note its good to hear your getting good money. im planning on going to IVY Tech to be an auto tech. #3 ranked in the nation

Well im not hiding the amount I paid for the front rims I got a steal to say the least. I purchased the 2 rims for 500 dollars. Awesome deal, the reason why they were so cheap was the seller found them at a junkyard and got them refinished. When I got them they hadn't even been mounted yet after being polished. In the future I may get the centers painted black, but at this point im just happy to have rims.
Like I said the only down side is I need to run spacers, but I think it looks better this way rather than having a 5" lip up front. The deal I got on these was too good to pass up so when im ready for the rears im going to match them up. Personally I think they are the one piece CCW rims, but there are other rims that have the same design.
Im hoping like crazy that these things are going to sit properly once I get the spacers, it looks like the tire might want to contact the front of the fender but you never know until it is hardmounted. If there is problems im going to try using camber plates, and if that doesn't help I may have to change to a different rim...
As for where I sleep, I unfortunately have to put all my parts on the floor while I sleep. Sure im obsessed with my car, but sleeping with car parts is a little over the top haha...
