Just added a wing...Lots of pics

Precisely why Michael Schumacher's Ferrari F1 car has a huge rear dual element wing.....c'mon, Paul, that was very uncharacteristic of you....
And, after reading the thread in one shot after deciding to open it, it's hilarious to see SoRRoW's posts get more and more disjointed, like he was drinking all day and kept coming back to see everyone's reactions. I personally looked at all the .jpgs and thought the blue and silver car was not ricey...then I read it was SoRRoW's...really, now....let's all behave,,,,no point turning our corner into an FD free-for-all atmosphere...

This is a wicked thread!!! Sorrow relax, even though our opions on modifications differ like night and day, we both agreed on driving Rx7's. Let's concentrate on making sure our presence is felt on the road. Goodluck with your future mods.... I actually don't mind the "rice" term. All I care is that it still gets more attention than most newer cars out there.
For the record my exhaust has ZERO rust. My car as a few under body area's with some rust but other than that, everything is sandblasted, and polished where possible. One day I'll get some under body pic's for you guys. I even have a chrome fuel pump and fully polished brake lines. (can you tell I have a hoist!! LOL)
Also the under body has been sprayed with a fire resistant black paint, resists chipping and corrosive chemicals. Super glossy which is nice!
Tomorrow I'm at the shop so I'll be taking side view pics.

Actually, Paul, he needs it to stay on the track when he's in a sweeper at 180+ mph or the back end would step out. The cars only weigh something like 1300 lbs. Since you spelled it "tyres", that would be about 600 kilograms. The more pitch in the elements, the faster the tire is going to be worn down. No rear wing at all would greatly extend tire life on a F1 car but then it couldn't take any corners at speed...

O 16581 72452 5,
I love your front bumper, from what kit is that?
If I lived by you I'd make you the bumper but since you live 5 minutes too far I can give you exact instructions on how to put one together. I only takes about 3-5 hours to get it to what you see in the pic's.
Get a stock mustang bumper and I'll guide you through this. SUPER EASY!!!
Also nice rims! I gotta figure out what I'm gonna do for side skirts. I was looking at the side skirts off the new civic 4 door sedan with that "ground effects option/star wheels" I think I could adapt those on OR wrx side skirts still working things out.

Thanks, it's a blitz kit from a neon, i had a shop custom make it to fit, $300 total... the shop had the neon bumper so they molded it and such, i don't know where to pick up a mustang bumper... i don't have the money to do so right now, i've got a turbo i'm trying to sell so i can have some extra money...anyway i could send you a money order to have a knock off of this bumper made if you still even have the mold, i'm sure shipping wouldn't be over $20... i don't know about materials, i'd pay for shipping, materials and labor.

Oh, hehe, i read it wrong, i read mounted as molded, i think i got the idea of how to do it.... there's a mustang gt bumper on ebay right now $60 including shipping, i wish i had the money for it, the way it sounds from what i read on how to do it it'd only be about $20 in materials

yeah you are on the right track, it was super cheap to make! but the bumper cost me 200 bucks to get. 60 bucks sounds like a deal to me! But wait till you got the cash and time and you can fit it up as you need. Cause mine is done to match the lenght of my front bumper. So your bumper is probably lower than mine so you'd have to attach the mustang piece lower according to what you got in the front.
The blitz front end is solid!! I would have never guessed a neon! LOL

Found out wrecked mustang gts are pretty common around here, sounds like a very easy proceedure to do this too and alot cheaper than buying a rear bumper from mariah or erebuni... mustang rear bumpers even look better.

Make sure you get the side pieces along with the bumper cause I had to buy everything separate. 3 pieces total.
There's a trick to cut it perfectly straight (horizontally) NO POWER TOOLS REQUIRED!!! When you got the bumper pm me and I'll type up everything up for you.

I think me, Blitz guy, and Mustang guy, are the only 3 people with crazy bodies on our cars. And, probably the only 3, who havent told eachother to get rid of the extra parts on our cars. We are the last of the Mohicans.

Jimmy, just so the public knows, take some pics of the gap around the rear lisence plate (or have you filled that part in yet). If you have filled it in, don't forget to give them the run down on procedure.

I'm not going to worry about sideskirts for now, i'm buying the mariah ones when i get the slight widebody they have, i've got to reglass my front bumper, i hit a ditch in the pavement of a parking lot and busted it... and i don't care what you all say i'm getting an aluminum wing, atleast it'll be functional, if anyone calls it ricey i'll tell them to stick their spoiler on their hood, atleast mine will have a purpoise.
