Yeah, I think Ill do a fuel volume test tomorrow and see how it pans out. But I have a feeling it wont be up to par. Stock fuel pump, 140k to my knowledge. Ive had the car for 2 years. I listed everything. I also know now for a fact the trailing has no spark. Not sure if its the ignitor or what. Im gonna do some searching on that tach wire.

Bad ignitor, unhooked coil, or arcing.

In addition to that, if your wiring is still stock then the fuel pump should not run without trailing spark. It is set up to confirm that you have spark (uses trailing for this for some reason) before it will allow the pump to run. However, a lot of cars have been "modified" over the years so this may have been changed, or the relay bypassed at some point...
