Question interchangable parts

i have an 84 rex that i am trying to fix up and i also have an 1987 mazda b2000 pick-up truck sitting in my yard (my first car) that no longer runs. i was wondering if i could use any of the parts from the truck for my rx-7. if so is there a book or website that might help me to do this?
thanks-

Put the rotary into the b2000. An instant classic. Best of all its been done, so you could find some info.
