Im having some tough running issues

When I start my car, I can't get it to stay running if i leave the gas held in at any range. It just wants to die down until I pump it again. I also cant get it to redline at all... I'm thinking mabye some serious carb problems mabye? When I feather it a little it does run kinda smooth and goes up and down in rpm.... Also the warning buzzer for the key in the ignition wont go off even while its running... Any help? Oh do you think theres an apex seal broken, if so how else would I find out?

yeah I'm in the same boat. Its gonna be a pretty large vacuum leak if it wont idle at all, or at least poorly.

I had the same problem with my gsl-se this is the thing that i did I removed the cover behind the steering wheel and in the ignition switch you are going to see a small white rectangular plastic box that box is the chim or buzzer it is attached with some kind of plastic ribbet you need to deatached from the ignition switch and thats it. I assure you, you are not gonna missed it. It is kinda annoying specially when you wants to hear radio with the doors open and the buzzer is getting on your nerves.

Or Acceleration Pump.
To Knock out the wondering, I always switch carbs altogether. If a different carb works then, therein lies your problem.

hey man i hate to be a bearer of bad news but when i blew an apex seal i had no trouble driving it or starting it, but it would rev very slowly and would have a hard time going over 5000. it also had a pretty ugly idle on it. i'm not saying this is what happened to you, i'm just saying its a possiability. but also sounds like a vacume leak.

hope you figure it out, and it turns out ok.

the buzzer might be because of the ignition swich is going bad...
and that could also be the cause of your rough running problem... might be ignition related

Ok I found out that the buzzer if from the piece that sits on the door pushing the door button fell off. Me and my father noticed this piece before and couldnt figure out where the hell it went. That solves that. But I think you guys got it right with the vacum line thing, I finally found out where it can idle while holding the pedal and its about 3k rpm or so and me and my father found a few bad hoses all over the ecu and ect. I'll just start replacing 1 by one and hopefully that'll do. Thanks guys.
