Idler arm bushings

('83) How hard is it to replace the idler arm bushings? Do they have to be pressed in or can they be put in by hand?

Real Easy.. Can be done by hand... Requires 2 bushings..

I saw brass idler arm bushings a few years ago... anyone know who makes them or if they are still around?
