Idle probelms got me stumped
Alright its a GSL-SE block with a S5 intake. I had the thing idling when I realized that I had a fuel leak from the pulsation dampener. I took that off and fixed that and now It will not idle. However it will start and if I give it gas I can keep it going at about 2.5k. It also revs well. I noticed my fuel rail makes a high pitched whining noise now as well. For reference I have replaced the fuel filter, I have new injectors, the fuel pressure regulator is new, I have new fuel lines (checked for leaks as well), and I have a 6 month old fuel pump. I know it sorta sounds like a vacuum leak but I spent 5+ hours going over ever line and nipple and the whole intake manifold with a hose to my ear the other day and could not find one. I have checked the AFM and it is sending valid information and I also swapped it with the three other ones I have and none of them made a difference. I don't think there is anything else electrical that might be causing this although I am open to suggestion. I will post my air fuel ratio tomorrow as I am assuming it has to do with that but that still doesn't tell me whats causing this. Please any help or suggestions welcome.
