Not for the DCDs either. Why do you think it's for a Weber. It doesn't match any Dell DHLA, Mikuni PHH or Weber DCD that I've worked on.

they came with edelbrock power plate. that uses weber emulsion tubes and idle jet. i guess they are custom idle jet holder just for the plates...

I cant remember the specs on power plates but they do use weber jets and such. However, that jet holder is kinda tricky as it has an o-ring. the only carb I can think that has an o-ring is a dellorto but it doesnt have dual threaded portions
