Ideas needed! Replacing 83 GSL SEATS

So I bought my second first gen this past weekend. It's in wonderful wonderful shape, however the seats are in rather rough condition. I'd like to swap them out for something nicer. I refuse to buy seat covers. I really hate them.
I can't find any for sale. I've got a tan/leather interior.
Since I can't find any for sale here, I'm curious if anyone knows of seats from any other types of cars will bolt on without getting custom/aftermarket brackets. I'll search the local wreaking yards for said models and check out how the seats are.

Id really recommend keeping the stock seats and just getting some really nice seat covers. If u go to black dragon i know they sell replacement seat covers that look like factory when installed properly. If u dont want to do that then ive seen people putting in fc seats in our first gens. Try searching for that

Its not hard to remove the OEM rails and bolt them to an aftermarket seat.

I tried so far:

King Dragon bucket seat: amazing lateral support, light, great finish

Sparco bucket seat: kills your back and kidneys. looks amazing

Recaro seats from an integra type R. BEST EVER

IF I had some money to waste, I would buy some recaro spg. Dont care if replicas

these are the ones I'm going to be replacing my Ebay seats with.

http://www.americanmuscle.com/corbeau-gtsii-seats.html

styling is perfect, size is right, price is decent ( I get a discount from these guys through work), and Corbeau is the only company that actually makes seat brackets for 1st gens still.

For about the same amount of money as a quality set of new seats why not have your old seats professionally reupholstered. Your seats could not have been worse shape than mine which needed to be welded back together, replaced broken springs, and new foam. Now they are just like new.

I recently went to the mazda dealership and sat in the newer RX8 R3 model. They have Recaro seats stock. Bolsters were amazing not too much or too little. Going to be hard to find them though. Probably a little large for a first gen too. I've always loved the look of recaros. They always have great lateral support and features. Great looking too.

the R3 seats are expensive used, everyone wants em.

i had a recaro SPG in my last GSL-SE, and i loved it, good lateral support, and it was comfortable on long drives too.

@$600 it wasn't even that expensive.

the Ebay seats are junk, they fall apart, fade etc etc

I figured you would like those Alex. Once I get my beast back on the road the interior will be the next project. I can't deal with the obnoxious squeaky Ebay crap seats anymore.
