i need some idle speed screw help

Hey guys I have serched for this, and I just can't find anything on it, my idle speed screw on my carb has that little cap thing over it, and I was lookig in the manual, and it looks to me like u have to get some tipa little tool thing that pokes in there, and alowes you to get the cap off.

were can I get this little qeer tool from??

do I have to use that, or can I use something else???

It just pops off. I removed mine a few months ago while doing a carb rebuild and didn't use any special tools on it...

I cut mine off using a dremel with a cutting wheel, vertically right down the center. You just have to be careful.

FSM and the carb manual both show how to remove it, of course it 'must' be replaced with a new one after setting the carb. lol.

I have tried to get it off by just popping it off with random stuff and everything, but I can't seem to get it.....ill try more stuff, thanks guys

Needs to be cut off. Pry on it enough and you can damage the needle or threads.
