Plug timing light to leading 1 spark plug cable. Press timing light button. Look at the mark in pulley.

It's very much like other vehicles for setting static timing. The Heynes manual has the procedure. It's when you want to set timing advance or retard from stock that you can't use advance timing lights because it doesn't calculate the same way.
