i had a boo boo :(

yeah im not very pleased with myself right now, the new 85 gsl i just got a week ago i already messed up a little. i was drivin about 30 maybe around a corner and it just slid off the road cause it was a little bit wet, and it popped the curb and hit a little tree. damn im unhappy. this happened like 30 minutes agoa few blocks from my house. the engine tranny everything is solid still, just the drivers side front fender is jacked and so is the bumper on that side. im so pissed. well the light is also jacked on that side too, wont open cause its too bent outta shape. it rubs a little now when i turn and thats about all i can tell. i was wonderin what you guys suggest. should i just bend the fender out, the light in the up position, and screw the bumper for now? or should i find a cheap *** rx7 with a straight body and blown motor for like 400 and swap all my stuff into it? ah man this sucks bad. oh yeah this is my first fender bender, im 17. the car is bought and paid for with all my own money.

Go to the bone yard and get the aprts you need and fix it back up. it should only cost you about 100.00 for everything you discribed at the most. You may get luck and pay only 70.00.

Same problem, Opposite side, slightly further back. I hit with enough force to mangle the control arm and snap the tie rod in two. Get a fender, and the light bucket from elsewhere. The bumper and lower valence you may opt to replace with a body kit or air dam if funding and your tastes prevail. Me sure you didn't damage steering or suspension components.

I can walk you through removing the front body parts if you like. It's been a while, but I remember just about hwere all the bolts are.

Trust me, the parts are cheaper than a full car.
