I failed inspection...
I failed my inspection because...Headlights aim, Parking lights, tail lights, stop light, horn, windshield wipers, tires, exhaust system, catalytic converter, air injection system, pcv valve, uleaded gas restictor, exhaust gas recirculation, and thermostatic air control. I think I fixed my headlight aim, i patched the tail lights, and got new windshield wipers. The mechanics manager was all up on him while I was supposed to get thru fine. My car has an exhaust leak in the catalytic convertor, which was converted to one cat by the previous owner. Ok what is a stop light? Do the parking lights have thier own fuse? If thier is a hole in the catalytic convertor could I weld it up? Is the air injection system the air pump? Does this car even have a PCV valve, Unleaded gas restrictor(in filler neck), Exhaust Gas Recirculation, or a Thermostatic Air Control? What does each do? I wasn't completely sure but it seems as if I have to have the PCV and probably have the EGR. If the EGR isn't working would'nt I get lower gas mileage? I don't think my fuel efficiency is as good as it should be seeing as how well running this car is. See what sucks, is I have to go back to the same shop within 30 days. Thanks for help.

dude thats harsh, and what is wrong with the stop lights, they don't light up but your taillights all work??? sounds like the switch up behind the pedal is bad or not hooked up or something...
god im not even gonna continue, you got a lot to do sounds like...wanna hear my solution??? move to idaho...no emissions testing

Ok i made it sound bad, let's try again. I failed inspection for PCV valve, Unleaded gas restrictor(in filler neck), Exhaust Gas Recirculation, and Thermostatic Air Control. I think to fix the Thermo air control I can just hook up the hose that was disconnected. All of my lights work except the parking lights, I just have no idea what a stop light is???

That's not bribery, that's Mississippi. Where I go to get my $5 sticker, the guy asks if you need help putting the sticker on. You say no and B.S. for a minute, and you're down the road for another year, and his butt never even left the seat!
