i have not tryed it but if you send me your bumpers i will cut them and smooth them out for a small fee... you more or less start out how 100t2 did sept you use fibertex(maybe be miss spelled) insted of the glass it wont hold to the bumper then you shape it use some filler... and taaa daaa you are done then comes the paint

Don't worry, this is going to get done eventually. The FB is getting ready to be primed and painted and all that ****, I'm going to do it the best I can. If it looks like ****, I keep the old bumpers.

Now, remember kids, I basically figure this stuff out as I do the threads. I don't know what I'm doing, I'm learning as I go.

As far as how long it takes, well, the cars are my hobby in my spare time. I have a 3 year old, a 4 1/2 year old and a full time job, so the cars get done when they get done. As you might imagine, spare time is hard to come by around here.

Therefore, do not expect:
A) Perfect results
B) Rapid results
or even C) Anything to get finished. Sometimes I have to throw in the towel on stuff, just because I have to prioritize my time.

When you are 16 you want it done tomorrow, when you are 30 sometime in the next 20 years will work good enough.

I dunno... I'm 22 and I still want it done yesterday... earlier if possible.

Though I guess I have been procrastinating on dropping my tank to fix the fuel leak..

The problem is, every time I take something off to fix or whatever, I find 800 things underneath it that need doing, too. If I had the time and money, I'd do a nut and bolt resto that way I'd be happy, but alas, both are in short supply.

Poor guy's probably been fiberglas-bonded to his garage floor for the last three years...
