I couldn't imagine finding a first gen with a decent full interior at a salvage yard unless it was in california. Here in the midwest if it isn't domestic or a really mainstream import there is just no chance of finding it in a yard. You would be very lucky to come across such a thing.

I think the general consensus is WE DON'T KNOW!
It's dependent on region, demand, availability, condition, and the mood of the manager of the parts yard who arbitrarily decides prices.
In a region where rx7s are rare, the price would be higher. In a region where they're common, it would be lower. In a region where demand is high, it would be higher, in a region where demand is low, it would be lower if you could find it. If the parts manager is in a pissy mood, it's higher, if he's having an awesome day, lower.
See what I mean?
For example, I've seen a single good condition grey 84-85 GS door panel go for $100, or I've seen an entire interior of the same colour/model go for less than that. Not often, because I would have snagged it, but it has happened.
It also depends on the interior colour and rarity, if the person at the yard has any idea about that. I honestly think that my interior is the rarest. Out of all the years of the 1st Generation, only 84-85 have this interior style. Out of all of those, only the GS model has manual windows (which changes the shape/size of the pull handle and adds a hole for the window roll-down arm). Out of all those, less than a third were gray. Out of all THOSE, less than half are still in good enough condition to still be worth using.
So I would pay a premium for a replacement driver's door panel, while someone looking for the same thing in burgandy for a GSL or GSL-SE would pay much less.
If you REALLY need a number (and your repeated posting of the same question over and over and over again despite the fair replies you've gotten suggests that you do) then I'll say anywhere from $50-400 for all the interior panels. More if you're taking the seats, carpet, centre console, less if you're just taking the door panels and rear hatch area panels. Even more if you're taking the dash.
Now stop asking us to tell you the impossible, just go to the junk yard, find an interior and bargain with the guy.
