How I'm going to get flames from my car...
Hey guys, I know a lot of you shoot flames pretty easily via the choke, the rotary's normal willingness to spit out a few flames, etc. However, I never could get mine to shoot any (header, straight pipe, muffler). So, I'm going the cheap ricer way and using a spark plug in the exhaust (i have a gsl-se, and it is properly tuned, maybe that's why i can't shoot flames the "normal" way, and obvisously no choke). That being said, there is no way I want to harm my car in any way, including drilling into my power pulse muffler (understandibly). I also do not want to melt my bumper. So, I got 3"x8" extensions (the only size that fit on the power pulse tips) and am going to install the system tomorrow some time. They will probably stick out about 4 inches past my bumper. I just wanted to give you guys a heads up so you can flame me now... and i'll flame u all back with pix tomorrow
another advantage to the way I'm doing it is it will be 100% removable.

well, my PP muffler is brand new, and I have the gsl-se, so I can't play around with a choke...
anyway, I already mounted the "fire" button, and have put the plugs in the tips, and gotten the wire I need, etc etc etc. tomorrow will be flame day

I have the racing beat street port system on my stock 12a. I can shoot flames all day....I rev to about 6.5-7k and tap the gas a couple times....Or just naturally from shifting at high rpm's.

heh, well, this little project of mine hit a HUGE speedbump... the metal brackets that were used to hold the spark plugs actually melted due to the rediculous heat of the exhaust. So guess that game is over.

::sigh:: oh well, at least I had some fun putting it all together...
the question is, now what should I hook up to the button that used to control the flame thrower module? I'm thinking fog horn (j/k)
