how does the omp work
i am taking vacume here.. there are two lines going to the intake manifold and two going to the rotor housings... now if they are both delivering oil, then that seems a little redundant to me..
anyone know exactly how the delivery works?

well the ones that are in the rotor housing lubricate the apexl seal and the ones that go in the intake lubricate the corner and side seal (since intake goes from the side). I hope that helps u make more sense of it.

If you notice the OMP oil 'injectors' are powered by pulse air from the intake system. These oil injectors are one-way valves that only allow oil to be drawn into a little chamber that has a tiny diaphragm at the top to which is applied the pulse air from the intake system.
This small pulsation of air through the vacuum lines attached to each injector cause a small beating effect at the injector itself, which forces very, very, small amounts of oil out of the port - thereby 'squirting' oil into the airflow that's being drawn into your engine (for injectors in the intake path), and to the apex seals, for those injectors mounted on the center housing or rotor housings.
The OMP supplies the pressure and volume, but the vacuum pulse signal is what allows the oil to be injected into the airflow. HTH,
