take off your cat and take a broom handle poke through your cats until all the crap falls out may be illeagal but no more pesky cats! or you could get a cat replacement pipe from Racing Beat www.racingbeat.com it should help

HAHAHAHA Getting beat by a n/a Talon!!!
Just joking. My brother has a 90 talon and my very mildely moded 7 will spank it in almost any aspect other than a top speed run where he pulls away from 110mph.
How quickley does the motor rev from an idle?? if the cats are cloged it should rev pretty slow. Also typicaly your exhaust manfold will be glowing if the cats are clogged.

It doesnt rev to fast from an idle (not as much as id like) So my Minfold will glow because it gets too hot?...how long do i have to run it to see it get hot.....is there a way i could just take my cat apart and clean it?

Run the car for a while. Then look underneath at the cat itself. That's what will glow red. Don't park in a grass field when you're doing this unless you want to see a lot more red. YMMV.
