home made cold air sistem

if you have a gslse here what you can do. go to lowe's and buy a 3" 90 degree rubber elbow, if you have a cone filter, your safe but if you dont buy one at you local auto zone, a reducer from 3' to 2.75. and rubber hoses.
intruction: take your stock air box out and the stock cold air tube. take you k&n and put it in front of the air conditioner radiator.squese the 90 degree elbow in the hole (were it was the other tube) . take the reducer and slide it in the elbow and run a rubber hose from the reducer to the afm adapter. that my set up . pic soon

I'm sure it wouldn't be that hard to adapt it to a 12A.

If you want to save $$ to go Home Depot or Loews buy 2 flexible gutter hoses attach 1 to your air cleaner then enlarge the hole to the right of the headlight assembly you will probably have to relocate the overflow tank cause its sort of below it. I put mine on the shock tower.
Below that put the other flexible gutter hose they will slide together where the hole has been cut. Run the lower piece to the front air dam. You end up with cold forced air at least when you are moving. Works great!! This is for a 12a. Total cost under $5 plus duct tape
