It's clean, but I've seen cleaner. Look around the oil areas of the engine bay to see the grime and dirt that mine (in TRUE pristine condition, albeit originality) has NEVER had.

 

I wish my wheels were that shiny. And I like the color scheme too, but maybe thats becuase im runnin the exact same thing. Represent the 85 GS!!!

 

but $3500 is what I paid for mine in 1990, it had 87 K miles on it

 

Some people get better deals than others, my brother is a master of money/buying stuff. He got a clean, clean, 1999 Civic CX hatchback for $2,500 from a guy that knew exactly what he had. The same ammount I paid for my semi-clean 82 GSL.

His other amazing deal, was that he was going to un-lower some high school kids car for $100 bucks, he got OEM springs for free from one of his Honda buddies, and got to keep and sell the kid's Integra full coil-overs.
