I don't know. But if you can find a used set of Koni's, you can get them re-built...

I wonder how the cost would work out if you ordered these for 50 bucks, along with a rebuild kit. Just rebuild them before installation. Expensive? Hard to do? Impractical?

I've had these Koni's on my 7 (fronts and rears) since 1990 or 1991 and I love them. The fronts are set on 3 and the rears also. I just bought the Eibach Pro Kit spring set for the car and will check the shocks and struts when I do the spring install, but I really don't expect to discover any surprises. The car has been in storage since 1992 and I began a complete redo last September, so the struts and shocks are probably still "new" even though they are 14 or so years old. Be sure to follow the installation instructions and the install is trouble free and straightforward. Be sure to add the anti freeze to the front struts for cooling and lubrication.
