Heres a pic of the battery hold down, you could just make one or something, definatley need it though. .

It's got the hold down, there's just 2 bolts missing from the front and back sides, but of the 5 I saw it had 3 bolts holding it in place so it should be fine, looks a bit corroded and rusty though.

The drivers side headlight makes a clunking noise when lowered. I checked behind it and the arm that rotates on the hydrolic to lift/lower it, is loose but not sure if that would cause the clunk as it lowers fine then bounces. Loose as in I can freely move it from left to right, still on the bar. Both arms seem kind of worn and dirty, possibly rusting but there's a lot of grime on them right now.

Just lube the headlight lowering and raising arm. Is should move freely. Mine makes aclunking sound too. Whatever I guess.

I had one to do that...it was worn out bushings on the arm. I didn't replace them, though as it was my donor car and I didn't need to replace that part on my babyboo...The only problem that caused was sometimes the arm would pop off the light assembly and the light wouldn't raise up without putting it back on. (I've even had it fall down if I hit a bump too hard.) I rigged it to not pop off anymore and it worked just fine.
