Help w/ interior and engine bay cleaning of overspray

I just had my car painted and though i took the time on the outside prepping it, I forgot about the inside and engine bay. I removed the rear lights and the jack#$$ that painted it said he would cover them from the inside. He obviously didn't cause I have overspray crap everywhere inside. I can tell he tried to clean it but not very well. The engine bay also suffered from overspray and buffing dust. I'm really pissed cause I just had my engine rebuilt with a new rb holley and intake. OOHHH it was so clean and now it looks like SH#$!! Any suggestions would be appreciated. Also, what might work on the vinyl and carpet inside without ruining it? Thanks in advance!!
