My Enkie's do not have the bolts that attach the center to the rim. My Epsilon's do though.

You can't buy the enkie mesh or any other mesh new now. Go with new Konig Rewinds.

If the rims are SSRs, they should have the JDM equivalent of our DOT stamp on the outer shell, between the bolts. If they are Epsilons, they will have a 3 digit # between the bolts on the inside of the shell. Shells should weigh around 8 lbs., without the centers, 13-15 lbs with the centers and bolts/nuts.

Pull one of the wheels off and post all of the markings that are cast/stamped in the backside of the centers. If the centers have allen head bolts and nuts, (20/wheel). they may be Epsilons or SSRs. Epsilon and SSR center caps are different sizes and not interchangeable. (I have sets of both) Kenn Chan located a brand new set of SSR center caps for me on Yahoo.jp. I believe the Epsilon center caps are NLA.

If you like the mesh style wheel, a decent set of Enkies are easier/cheaper to find. All 3 models of these mesh wheels are no longer in production. I did run into a set of old Rockwells that have a similar appearance, except the allen head bolts were fake aluminum plugs.

This is more info than you asked for, short version, hit up the for sale section, eBay and that antique thing called a newspaper.
