all yes, the only reason I think plugs is it will start for split second and its kind of a sputtery start than dies, like maybe not a clean spark. What size wrench is it to take plugs out? I only have a set of wrences that goes to 17mm my wife is going to buy the right one just need to know what size. Than if plugs are bad I will replace them any Ideas?

Expalin the term 'ghetto carb'. Plugs take the standard 13/16" plug socket. Pull the plugs, check for wear and carbon buildup. If it's just carbon or they're wet, clean and dry them. I beadblast mine, then spray with carb or brake cleaner and blow dry.

Too cool to use a wire brush?

check the vacuum nipple on the intake manifold that's right above the exhaust near the firewall on passangers side. that hose usually gets burnt and when mine goes off it'll kinda sputter like it wants to crank spin a couple of times then die, if this is it, you're gonna have a hard time getting it to idle at anything below 2.5k rpm

Sterling had helped me fix a botched carb job my buddy had did, so thats what I mean by ghetto. That nipple could have come uncapped again I didnt think to check that damn me and my arrogant ways. I will do a once over and report back after i check the spark plugs. Thanks again guys I appreciate it.

well we got it started and it smoked like a sun ova for 2 minutes I am guessing I flooded it while trying to start it. The plug were coated in oil but again I am guessing that is becuase it flooded. I also disconnected my mech secondaries, I dont think that would affect startin I think I am going back to vaccum secondaries. Thanks for the help.
