Headliner alternative?

When my grandparents handed down there 82 GSL to me, when i was 16, I couldn't wait to replace the red interior. I managed to rip almost every single piece of red apholstery out. and replace it with black. It looks really good! except there is no headliner. I kinda wanna try something different. Maybe sheet aluminum? But just replacing it in general would be fine. Throw me some ideas guys! Thanks

Alcantara or Wool. Ultrasuede if it must be cheaper.

just go to a fabric store and look for something that looks/feels good, but most importantly, something that stretches.

When I did mine I bought black speaker grill fabric and used spray adhesive. It turned out great.

I want to use a flag as my headliner. I've been thinking about using a rising sun flag.

You heard it here first

^^ I like that idea but it would be highly disrespectful to the flag
