Headlight not flipping

Haven't drove my car for 2 weeks because i was working on it, now the light wont flip, it had been raining a lot lately, how can you turn it over manually?

Do the lights themselfs work or the whole unit doesnt work. What type of work where you doing? Did you knowck a connecter lose maybe.

the fog lights work but just not the headlights, i changed shocks and springs for my car... that is it... Is there a way to flip it manually?

yep..just remove the rubber covers on the manual ***** located just above the lights under the hood and turn them til they're up..then check your fuses and the fuseable link..also your headlight switch on your turn signal stalk could be dirty..on mine I have to slowly flip the switch to activate the headlights...good luck
